The Chittoor district cooperative central Bank Ltd., Chittoor was established In the year 1919 and started functioning from 01.02.1919. The bank is committed to agricultural and rural development, through its 25 branches, 76 PACSs and other Co-operative institution affiliated to the bank in the entire Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. A RBI licensed bank, license No.RPCD.CO-OP(H).8/05.08.01/2009-2010, to do commercial banking business in India.

The bank provides  loan to the farming community  in the district for Agricultural production for mainly sugarcane, Groundnut, and paddy crops   and development credit for minor irrigation farm mechanization  Horticulture, Dairy, Poultry, sericulture etc., weavers through Hand loom and silk weavers credit societies.

Apart from Rural development, Bank provides assistance for SHGs, RMGs, SGSY, weavers groups and govt. sponsored schemes.

The bank provides banking services to semi urban and rural Population through its  attractive deposit schemes and providing other services like, safe deposit  lockers, cash credits, insurance facilities.

Avail interest free loans up to Rs.1,00,000/- on SAO Loans and avail Pavala vaddi scheme for prompt repayment before due date.

 

Bank announced attractive OTS Scheme for Loans issued before 31.03.1997. Borrower has to remit principal and 50% normal interest. The entire penal interest, interest on overdue, interest exceeding principal, remaining 50% interest will be waived. Last date for OTS  30th June 2011.
